What to Expect:
A team of trained professionals will guide you safely and comfortably through the process.
Blood Donor Criteria:
- Aged 16 to 75 years
- Weigh 50kg or more
- Be in good health
- Lead a sexually safe lifestyle
How to Prepare:
- Eat a healthy meal before donating
- Drink plenty of water
- Bring valid ID or proof of identity
