At Somerset Mall, we offer 670 undercover parking bays, over 3 300 free open-air parking bays, and 24-hour security to give you peace of mind while you enjoy our 1,3km stretch of shopping.
Our paid undercover parking will give you access to the section of the mall near Entrance 4 where Dis-Chem, Checkers and Cinema Connect is located.
Here at Somerset Mall, you will also find priority parking for senior citizens, disabled individuals, and parents with children, located conveniently at all main entrances.

Parking Payment Methods
We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to pay for parking, which include:
- Cash: pay at the pay stations using coins and notes.
- Long-term parking card: frequent shoppers can purchase a long-term parking card at the Advance Parking Office, located at the undercover parking. Load it with your preferred amount, and swipe it at the boom upon arrival and departure. (no receipt issued).
- Zapper/Snapscan: just before leaving, scan the QR code on your parking ticket and pay using the Zapper/Snapscan app, to skip the queue.
ADMYT
We are excited to introduce admyt, our new parking partner, a leading digital parking platform and app utilising license plate recognition (LPR) software and smartphone technology to provide you with a seamless, ticketless and cashless parking experience.
The benefits of using admyt:
- Seamless and convenient parking
- No tickets, no pay stations and no queues
- Quicker entry & exit
- Enhanced security through off site monitoring integration
How does it work? Once registered, you may simply drive up to the parking entrance or exit boom and the system and cameras will then automatically recognise your license plate, allowing the booms to open without the need for a parking ticket, access card or pay station visit.
Sign-up online or download the app (available on Android or Apple), parking fees are then charged directly and automatically to their registered bank card or admyt wallet.
