CUSTOMER SERVICES
Somerset Mall has two Customer Care Desks conveniently located between entrances 1 & 2 at our Edgars court, and another one located between entrances 3 & 4 at our Game court. The desks are open during Mall hours and are available to assist guests with inquiries and offer the following services:
Information on Somerset Mall
Need to find a specific store, facility, or get directions? Or maybe you want to enquire about a brand or product, or just have a general inquiry. Our Guest Relations Officers will be happy to assist you or point you in the right direction.
Senior Citizens Parking Discs
Senior citizens' parking discs are available at our Customer Care desk located in our Game court between entrances 3 & 4.
Transport Information
Our Information Assistants are able to help you with information on public transport systems. Options include the public minibus taxi service and Golden Arrow bus services.
Lost Property
Whether you have lost or found something, our Customer Care Desks will be able to assist you. They can be contacted on 021 852 7114 and are located between
1 & 2 at our Edgars court, and another one located between entrances 3 & 4 at our Game court.
traffic services
Pay your fines or warrants at the Traffic Service Bus located in the Entrance 2 Parking Lot. Available on Tuesdays & Thursdays and every alternative Sunday from 10am - 1pm. No cash will be accepted. Card payments only.
